Opening in October of 1994, they now have 328 mini storage units and 36 RV and Boat parking spaces, with approximately 134 new *climate control units being designed for the near future. From the smallest (5x5) to the largest unit (15x20), all business and personal goods can be stored, providing that extra space needed at home or office. Their location at 4011 Stahl Road is slightly off the path, but affords an easy-to-get to atmosphere for all types of storage.
Unlike other RV and Boat storage facilities, Northern Hills Storage Facility offers an easy accessible asphalt parking lot with pull through ability. All spaces are assigned for guaranteed parking, so you don't have to "find a place to park" when you return from an outing or trip.
Entrance to the grounds of the storage facility is controlled by a keypad, personal code, entry system that is operational from 7 AM to 7 PM, 365 days a year. The office is open from 9:30AM to 5 :30PM, Monday thru Friday, 9 AM to 2 PM, Saturday and by appointment, Sunday. Someone is always available, through cellular phone, for after-hours service.
Our 20 mini-office/warehouses (approximately 400 sq. ft. each), are designed for the small businessperson. The lease agreement is based on a one-year term, followed by a month-to-month basis.

*Climate controlled for the purposes of this facility means that the Lessor will use reasonable efforts to avoid temperature extremes in a unit by keeping the unit warmer than the outside temperature in cold weather, and cooler than the outside temperature in hot weather, through an HVAC or other system. As with any mechanical system, it is subject to failure or malfunction. The facility makes no representations regarding humidity control or safety of contents stored in the unit.
